PRIVATE VISA This visa is normally issued for those who have relatives or friends in Russia. For the reason that the procedure of obtaining of Private visa is very long and complicated, we recommend to apply for a Tourist or Business visa instead. Period of stay in Russia: from 1 day to maximum of 90 days. This visa is valid for single entry only. Visa Invitation: Private Invitation, which shall be issued by the local department of Federal Migration Service (former Passport and Visas Department) of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
